This website and our contact form are not monitored around the clock and must not be used in an emergency.

5. Admission, fees and medical aid information Admission to M-Care Optima requires a referral from a doctor or psychologist to a participating psychiatrist. Information on this website about admission times, co-payments, medical aid cover and length of stay is general and may change. Your exact cover depends on your medical aid plan and available benefits, and our case managers will confirm the details that apply to you before admission.
Hospital accounts cover ward fees, medication and ward stock. The treating professionals (such as your psychiatrist, psychologist and therapists) bill separately.
