Access to Information (PAIA)

The Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA) gives you the right to request access to records held by M-Care Optima, subject to the grounds for refusal in the Act.

Our PAIA Manual explains:

• the categories of records we hold;
• which records are available without a formal request;
• how to submit a request, and the prescribed forms and fees; and
• how personal information is processed under POPIA.
